Our Backyard ministries are an extension of the love and grace of God throughout our surrounding area. The focus is on local missions where we seek to help our neighbors in need. Backyard ministries include things like the renovation of homes, adding wheelchair ramps for the physically challenged or having a fish fry to promote community involvement.
Each year the church holds two Barbecues. The proceeds from one go to support the youth and their program, While profits from the other barbecue are donated to the Methodist Children’s Home.
