Welcome to Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church
Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church is the oldest Methodist church in Coffee County. The Land was deeded in 1858 with a building being erected between 1870 and 1872. We are an active church with many programs for members and guests. We have Sunday school classes starting with pre-school age and progressing all the way up to our senior citizens. Sunday school meets at 10:00 a.m. after the 9:00 a.m. contemporary service on Sunday morning. After Sunday school we have our Traditional service at 11:00 a.m. Sunday night worship begins at 6:00 p.m. with praise and worship and then the message. Wednesday night we all meet at 6:00 p.m. for supper, Bible study immediately after.The church has a very active youth program which continues to grow. The youth meet on Sunday night after church for their Afterglow. They also meet on Wednesday nights for a Bible study program. Each year the church holds two Barbecues. The proceeds from one go to support the youth and their program,while profits from the other barbecue are donated to the Methodist Children’s Home. Wesley Chapel would like to invite you to join us in worship and be a part of our growing family.
